One of the original Project SEEDs crew members Conrad, once he found out about Knives and Vash was always kind to the two as children. Through events unknown he survived the crash of the project SEEDs ships and went unnoticed for many years. However Knives learned of his existance and kept him against his will. Conrad, who has many different names, knows a lot about plants as he was one of the first scientists to work on the beings.
